There’s something about Seville that just gets a solo girl trip. The city is lively, beautiful, and effortlessly romantic. It comes alive after dark with the sound of clinking glasses and distant flamenco. While you may travel their alone, you’ll feel anything but lonely!
If you’ve got a weekend to spare and a carry-on ready, here’s exactly how I’d spend a perfect solo weekend in Seville - from wandering palaces to sipping sangria in the city’s solo girlie approved spots.

Where to Stay:
Option 1 -
Option 2 -
Option 3 -
Day 1: Slow Arrival & Golden Hour Magic
Morning: Check in + cafe moment (my usual)
Drop your bags, freshen up, and start your trip the right way: with a slow Spanish coffee. Seville is made for wandering, so don’t over-plan your first morning. Pick a cute cafe near your hotel, order a cafe con leche and a tostada con tomate then ease into the city.
Late Morning: Real Alcázar
Head straight to the Real Alcázar before the midday crowds hit. Give yourself time to wander the tiled courtyards, palm-filled gardens, and intricate archways are truly unreal.
Lunch: Tapas at the Mercado
For a casual but very local lunch, head to Mercado de Triana (or Mercado Lonja del Barranco). You are able to wander stall to stall, try a little of everything, and eat at your own pace.
What I would order:
- Jamón ibérico
- Tortilla española
- A crisp glass of verdejo or tinto de verano
Afternoon: Triana
After lunch, stroll through Triana. It’s colorful, slightly less touristy, and perfect for aimless exploring. Pop into ceramic shops, walk along the river, and take photos of the pastel buildings.
Golden Hour: Plaza de España
Time your visit about an hour before sunset. I always check out my Weather app to see what time that is projected to be and arrive about 39 minutes before. Walk the semicircle and soak up one of the most beautiful golden hours in Spain.
Dinner:
Head over to 📍 Casa Monolo Leon for a delicious dinner with a really aestically pleasing interior as well.

Day 2: Culture, Cute Streets & Cool Girl Spots
Morning: Seville Cathedral & La Giralda
Start early and climb La Giralda before it gets too hot. The ramped climb is surprisingly doable, and the views over the city are worth every step.
Afterward, wander the Santa Cruz neighborhood for narrow alleys, flower-filled balconies, and hidden plazas.
Midday: Chill lunch + shopping
Keep lunch light today. Find a shady terrace in Santa Cruz or head back toward the center for something easy.
Then: shopping time. Look for:
- Hand-painted ceramics
- Leather goods
- Linen pieces (very Seville-core)
Afternoon reset: siesta energy
Head back to your hotel for a quick rest, outfit change, or rooftop pool moment if you have one. Seville afternoons can be really hot depending on which month you go, and pacing yourself is KEY.
Evening: Tapas crawl
Tonight is for grazing and vibing. Start at a lively tapas bar in the city center, then wander toward Alameda de Hércules for a slightly more local scene.
Tapas crawl game plan:
- Stop 1: Classic tapas bar (anchovies, croquetas)
- Stop 2: Wine bar moment
- Stop 3: Late-night cocktail

Day 3: Slow Morning & Sweet Goodbye
Morning: Coffee + final wander
Keep your last morning intentionally slow. Grab one more cafe con leche and take a final walk through whichever neighborhood stole your heart (mine is always Santa Cruz or Triana).
If you have time:
- Quick souvenir stop
- Riverside walk
- One last pastry
Final Thoughts
Seville is one of those rare cities that feels both energizing and comforting at the same time. Between the palace gardens, late-night tapas, and golden hour light, a weekend here somehow stretches into something that feels much bigger than 48 hours. Enjoy & let me know if you have any favorite Seville spots ❤️🔥 TYWIL!
