Paris solo hits different. It’s slow mornings, chic cafes, wandering with no agenda, and feeling like the main character even when you’re just sitting by the Seine with a coffee. This 3-day itinerary is for the girl who wants iconic moments without burnout and who prioritizes vibes over rushing. Think…eloquent breakfasts, cultural strolls, cozy dinners, and plenty of time to romanticize your own life.

Day 1: Soft Launch Paris

Morning – Kith for Breakfast

Start strong and stylish at Kith Paris. Order a coffee, something sweet, and ease into the day people-watching. It’s the perfect “I just landed but I already know the cool places” breakfast spot.

Late Morning – Louvre Courtyard

Walk through the Louvre courtyard without committing to the museum. Take photos, admire the architecture, and keep it moving.

Lunch – Bambini

Head to Bambini at the Palais de Tokyo for lunch. It’s fashionable, relaxed, and ideal for a solo girl lunch date. Sit on the terrace if the weather allows and order something light with a glass of wine. They have a lot on the menu with truffle and it’s delish.

Afternoon – Seine Stroll + Book Browsing

Walk along the Seine, browse the bouquinistes (green book stalls), and let yourself wander with zero plans. I genuinely love these moments during my solo travel.

Dinner – Chez Julien

Dinner at Chez Julien feels like stepping into a movie scene. Classic French dishes, candlelight energy, and perfect for a solo dinner where you linger and order dessert just because. Funny enough, this was the first place I ever tried escargot. Would I order again? Mmmm tbd.

Day 2: Oh, She Lives Here.

Morning – Montmartre Wandering

Start early in Montmartre before the crowds. Walk the quiet streets, admire the pastel buildings, and let yourself get lost. Skip the rush because this area shines when it’s calm. The crowds have the tendency to overpower the beauty of this area.

Coffee Stop – Local Cafe Moment

Pop into a small cafe near Abbesses or Lamarck-Caulaincourt. Order a cafe creme and croissant and sit outside if you can. This is peak Paris energy. I also use this opportunity to people watch and shop in my mind based off the outfits I see go by.

Late Morning – Musée de l’Orangerie or Musée Rodin

Choose one museum only! This is a chill itinerary after all. Orangerie for Monet and calm vibes OR Rodin Museum for gardens + art

Lunch – Le Marais Exploring

Head to Le Marais and pick a casual spot or bakery lunch. Walk it off with vintage shopping, concept stores, and photo stops on quiet side streets.

Afternoon – Solo Shopping + Rest

Browse slowly, then head back to your hotel for a rest. My travel rule: rest is productive. Your phone probably needs a quick charge too.

Dinner – Wine Bar Energy

Choose a cozy wine bar in Le Marais or Saint-Germain. Order small plates, sip slowly, and people-watch (are you sensing a trend here…). Bring a book or journal!

Day 3: Wrap-Up

Morning – Pastry Run + Journaling

Grab pastries from a local boulangerie and sit in a nearby park or café. Journal, plan your next trip, or just scroll photos you’ve already taken.

Late Morning – Eiffel Tower Walk

Walk around the Eiffel Tower, not up it. Sit on the grass at Champ de Mars or stroll along the Seine nearby. This is about soaking it in, not conquering it.

Lunch – Café Near Saint-Germain

Pick a classic café in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Order something simple and enjoy one last long lunch.

Afternoon – Final Wanders

Choose one last neighborhood you loved and revisit it. Buy a small souvenir, perfume, scarf, or postcard, to remember the trip.

Golden Hour on the Seine

End your trip watching the sunset along the Seine. Headphones in & feelings felt.

I absolutely love Paris. I love it most when I am taking it all in at a nice relaxing pace as well. This city rewards slowness, curiosity, and confidence in being alone. Three days is enough to remind you that you don’t need anyone else to romanticize your life. You already do it!

Save this itinerary, tweak it to your mood, and let me know what your favorite slow moments in Paris are! Au revoir 🩵
